To Access your webmail:

1. Open your browser (Internet Explorer or whatever you use)
   
   
2. Type the following address in the address bar
   
   Http://www.accountsupport.com/mail/
   
   or just click the above link. But in future you'll need to type the address.
   
   
3. You'll need to type your emaill address:
   
   john@johngattk-9services.com.au
   
   
4. You'll need to type your password.
   
   
5. Then click "login"
